This policy explains the limited information Whodunit Puzzle Books collects and how it is used.

When you join the Whodunit Detective Club or request a reader bonus, we collect the information you submit, such as your email address and puzzle interests. Your subscription becomes active only after you confirm your email through the link we send. We also keep basic signup, confirmation, consent, unsubscribe, and security records. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message.

How information is used

We use this information to deliver requested case files and bonus journals, send emails you agreed to receive, respond to reader questions, maintain security, honor unsubscribe requests, and improve the reader experience.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information for another company's own marketing. Limited information may be processed by companies that help us operate the website, deliver requested emails and downloads, prevent abuse, or comply with law. They may use it only to provide those services.

Cookies and tracking

Whodunit Puzzle Books does not currently use advertising cookies or track readers across unrelated websites. Because the site does not use cross-site behavioral tracking, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how the site operates.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe through the link in any Whodunit email. One unsubscribe removes your address from all Whodunit Puzzle Books email lists. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@whodunitpuzzlebooks.com. If we deny a privacy request that is covered by applicable law, you may reply to appeal that decision.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and suppression of future email after an unsubscribe request. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain.

Children

This website and email list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Book links may take you to Amazon. Purchases made there are handled under Amazon's own terms and privacy practices; this website does not collect or process payment information.
